Federico Lima
Digital Transformation
Responsible for digital transformation on the team. He's been programming for over 11 years, with experience in local and international industry, and he's also a chemical technologist with a background in laboratories, industrial plants and pharmaceutical R&D. That combined profile lets him understand both the code and the business behind it, and build solutions that truly hold up day to day.

Sebastián Balbi
Project & Change Management
A project manager at heart, he steers projects and teams in global, multicultural settings, with an eye on both results and people. He brings a solid background in Human Resources at regional and global level (Danone, Colgate-Palmolive, Trafigura, Thyssenkrupp), in transformation, agile methods and change management. He's CAPM certified, holds a master's in Coaching and Emotional Intelligence, and speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Stefani Epifanio
Quality Control & Assurance
Her specialty is quality control and assurance, carried out with the rigor the field demands and more than 12 years of experience in industry. She masters physicochemical analysis (HPLC, GC, UV/FTIR), validations, deviation and OOS handling and GMP documentation, and takes part in regulatory audits and inspections. Methodical and dependable, she knows that in quality the details are never up for negotiation.

Robert Bourassa
Commercial & Contract Management
He brings a long career —more than 20 years— negotiating contracts and bringing order to procurement and operations across manufacturing, infrastructure, energy and technology, in North America and internationally. He knows contract strategy and negotiation inside out (MSA, EPC/EPCM, joint ventures, NDAs), along with risk assessment and supplier management. His focus is simple: less risk, better profitability and systems that support growth.
